5.Our service
A. Foreign debugging
If you need, we will arrange our professional engineers to help you install and debug the machines well. Buyer should pay $60 per day
B. Guarantee period
The warranty will be maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18 months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charges, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t forced by human are excluded).
C. Training
During installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to
buyer’s personnel request to operate and maintain the equipment. Including foundation construction, electrical works, hydraulic oil, safe operation and non-standard safety items, testing material and etc.
D. Lifetime services
Life time services to every customer.

Q:1.Can one machine only produce one size?
A:Not exactly, it depends on the machine.
Q:2. Do you have after-sales support?
A:Yes, we are happy to give advice and also have skilled technicians available to maintain the machine if needed.

A:We can pick you up from Shanghai or Hangzhou airport. Or railway station Shaoxing North.
Q:4. What can you do if the machine is broken?
A: Our machine's warranty period is 12months. if the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new parts to replace the broken parts, but you need to pay the express cost by yourself. if after the warranty period, we can through negotiation for solving the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.

A:Yes, please tell us the destination port or address. we have rich experience in transport.
